Have you heard? Did you See What You’re Missing? Yes, we have been quite vocal about our new career website. We know that Luxottica is an amazing place to work. But most people know us by our brands, and not by the name “Luxottica.”
The new website was designed to tell the story of working for Luxottica by letting our associates be themselves. We developed the content for the website by talking to them, taking their pictures and filming them talking about their jobs.
Here are our five favorite things about the new website!
1. The Home Page! Most people don’t know Luxottica’s story. The home page accomplishes this through bold imagery and words perfectly capturing who we are and how we’re different.
2. Who We are Looking For. From the fun photo to the words, this page sums up the Luxottica spirit and defines what we look for when we hire.
3. Career Path Videos. We wanted the website to provide a “behind the scenes” look at working at Luxottica. So, we filmed three of our colleagues in each career path talking about their jobs. Click on any career path and enjoy the videos!
4. Brands & Business. Luxottica is a global leader in eyewear with great brands such as LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Sears Optical, Target Optical and Sunglass Hut. This section of the website digs deep into our brands and North American operations.
